China Organic Agriculture Inc. has entered into a three month sales agreement with Beijing Jingu Hengfa Trading Company, with a value equivalent to $4.3 million. China Organic engages in the production and sale of mid to upscale organic and green rice. Jingu Hengfa will be selling organic rice supplied by China Organic which will be packed in cases of six vacuum bags, with each bag weighing up to six kilograms. Jingu Hengfa will sell 1,760 tons of rice valued at $4.3 million over a three month period.

China Organic Agriculture, Inc announced its operating results for the fourth quarter and year-end 2007. The company stated that it is looking for acquisitions targets to expand into additional agricultural markets. Mr. Changqing Xu, Chief Executive Officer of China Organic Agriculture said: "Our strong increases in sales and net income in 2007 are primarily attributable to the success of our brand awareness campaign and the greater availability of the product made possible by the new strategic distribution agreements that we signed throughout the year. In addition to ongoing internal growth, China Organic is looking for acquisition targets that can allow us to expand into additional agricultural markets within China, as well as outside."
